The road to Tokyo 2020 continues for boxing, and this week were defined the available spots for the Olympic Games after the qualifiers tournament celebrated in Aman, Jordan.

Thus, three of the continents already know their members for the biggest sports event worldwide because Africa also celebrated its qualifying toutnament one weel ago. India and Kazakhstan were the most outstanding countries obtaining 9 Olympic tickets each one.

For India, it stands out the female 48-51 Kg legend Mary Kom, besides Simranjit Kaur, who won silver in the 57-60 Kg. On the other hand, Kazakhstan won 8 male spots and 1 female, being Bekzad Nurdauletov who earned gold medal in the Light heavyweight division.

Other countries with good performance were China with 6 fighters in the finals, and Uzbekistan with 5 boxers in the podium.

With these continents already defined, only America and Europe are missing their qualifiers, Which have been postponed and are expected to be rescheduled when conditions are ideal.
