Michael Moore showed superiority over Anthony Lenk for all 10 rounds of their bout on Saturday and won a wide unanimous decision, but the WBA-NABA middleweight belt was vacant as the winner had failed to make weight.
The scorecards were 99-91 from all three judges, evidencing Moore’s wide dominance, who starred in one of the fights on the undercard of the Don King Productions’ event at the Packard Music Hall in Warren, Ohio.
Moore hurt Lenk badly and scored an important victory at this point in his career. After loosing two fights in 2018, the 35-year-old has won two fights in a row
Only Lenk was eligible for the regional belt, as he was the only one who made weight but was unable to win. Moore increased his record to 19 wins, 3 losses and 8 knockouts, while Lenk dropped a record of 17 wins, 8 losses and 7 knockouts.
