Gervonta Davis and Rolando Romero came face to face at a press conference to present their fight on May 28th for the World Boxing Association (WBA) lightweight title, which will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The confrontation between “Tank” and “Rolly” is defined by the character of both boxers and this was evident in the press conference. The atmosphere became tense between the two as a preview of what is coming.

Both spoke to the media present and gave their reasons why they believe they will prevail on the night of May 28.

The moment of the face to face was particularly tense because they faced each other and said things in a euphoric way until the protocol staff had to intervene to separate them.

Davis-Romero is a bout between two young, undefeated fighters who want to stay that way in their careers. Gervonta will defend his black and gold crown against his mandatory challenger in another bout mandated by the pioneering body as part of the world title reduction plan.
