The T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be the venue where Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will hold their third fight on September 17.
Matchroom Boxing confirmed on Tuesday that the modern venue in “Sin City” will host the expected fight between the Mexican and the Kazakh for the undisputed super middleweight title.
Alvarez and Golovkin have faced each other on two occasions. First in September 2017, a fight that ended in a draw, and subsequently in September 2018, when Canelo won by majority decision. Both confrontations were at the T-Mobile Arena.
Both fighters are starting their respective training camps ahead of the fight and this week will kick off promotional activities with a press conference with both fighters in attendance.
