Frenchman Siril Makiadi and German Leon Harth will fight this Saturday in Mainz, Germany, for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Continental cruiserweight title.
The fight will be the co-main event and will feature two veteran fighters who promise to give a fight full of action and excitement. Makiadi has not lost a fight since 2018, although he has drawn on a couple of occasions along the way.
Harth, who looks like the favorite in the fight, has faced good names and has won two of his last three fights. A native of Armenia and naturalized German, he has already been a regional champion of several boxing bodies, which is an advantage for him.
This Friday they will step on the scales, where they will have to make the division’s regulation 200 pounds. Once that step is completed, they will be ready for their weekend bout.
