The American Austin Williams conquered the WBA International middleweight title by defeating the English Kieron Conway, in Las Vegas, in the Canelo and GGG undercard.

The scorecards were 97-92, 97-92 and 96-93, all for “Ammo”, who gave a great fight made a good impression and won the vacant WBA regional title.

The 26-year-old fighter noted days ago that he has been struggling with mental health issues but felt recovered enough to take on a challenge of this magnitude and his confidence and the great job he did in the ring showed.
