Felix Cash and Connor Coyle will step into the ring on October 8 at the O2 Arena in London to fight for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Intercontinental middleweight crown.
The fight will be part of the Matchroom Boxing event, which will feature Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn as the main event.
Both Cash and Coyle are undefeated and have good prospects. They are looking for a world title shot and this bout will serve as a stepping stone to achieve their desired goal.
In the case of Cash, 29 years old and native of Chertsey, England, he has broken two undefeated records against Denzel Bentley and Magomed Madiev in a row. He hopes to continue his streak and retain the pioneering body’s regional belt.
Coyle, from Northern Ireland and 32 years old, is the WBA NABA middleweight champion and has tested himself against several strong opponents; however, now he will have the most important and complicated fight of his career, but he wants to show what he is made of.
Cash has 15 wins and 10 knockouts, while Coyle has knocked out 7 of the 17 opponents he has defeated in his professional career.
