Fury, Crawford and Stanionis talk about Bivol-Beterbiev

This Monday was officially presented the undisputed light heavyweight title fight between the World Boxing Association (WBA) champion, Dmitry Bivol, and the owner of three belts (IBF, WBC and WBO), Artur Beterbiev, which will take place next June 1st, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The  event had a massive attendance of fans, press and all those involved in such an important fight. Both Bivol and Beterbiev had their chance to talk about their expectations for the fight, share with the crowd and pose for the cameras.

Bivol will be making his first fight of 2024 as he comes from defeating Lyndon Arthur last December 23rd with a unanimous decision in this same scenario. The champion of the pioneer body has a long reign and will now seek to collect all the crowns with a victory against, possibly, the most complicated opponent that can be found in the category.

Beterbiev, meanwhile, last fought in January when he knocked out Callum Smith in Canada and will now try to use his devastating power to capture the black and gold belt, the only one missing from his collection.

Bivol comes into the bout with 22 wins, no losses and 11 knockouts, while Beterbiev has 20 wins, all by knockout.

Iara Altamirano will try to win the black and gold belt once again.
