Brian Castaño does not intend to leave out anything to chance when he faces Jermell Charlo for the second time next May 14. The Argentine will have a new fight against the American after a draw last year and now he wants to leave no doubts.
The WBO champion will once again challenge the World Boxing Association (WBA), IBF and WBC champion in a long-awaited confrontation and promises that his victory will be resounding.
“It’s the fight to vindicate myself and to show that I won as a visitor. Besides, being champion of the four belts is the dream of every boxer. Not everyone can unify and this is the chance. You want to prove that you are one of the best in the world and, in that sense, I want to make history”, said the South American.
Castaño was consulted about Charlo’s last week statements, where he assured that he would return to be the boxer of before who looked for the knockout.
“He knows that he will face a tough opponent and I don’t care if he will be the Charlo of before or the new one, I will do the talking in the ring. I’m a real warrior and, whatever work I do, he’s going to have a hard time,” he assured.
