On Saturday the World Boxing Association welterweight queen, Cecilia Braehkus, retained her belt when once again knocking out the Dominican Oxandia Castle, in the Arena Nord, Frederikshavn, Denmark.

The Colombian boxer nationalized Norwegian controlled the actions of the fight from the start and had no problem defeating the battered Castillo by technical KO in the 9th round.

However, Castillo had moments in which she had good give and take with the champion, she even had the fans feel excited, but the champion’s superiority was evident.

Before the fight ended, Catillo’s corner encouraged her to follow and hunt the champion expecting a mistake from her, but that chance never showed up.

Braehkus’ record improves to 23-0 , 7 KO´s.
