The vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) International cruiserweight title will be on the line this Saturday when undefeated German Huseyin Cinkara faces American Al Sands at the Friedrich-Everton-Halle indoor arena in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
It will be a high caliber fight between two experienced fighters in contention for the important regional title.
Cinkara has the responsibility to live up to the expectations at home and wants to show his power. The 37-year-old veteran comes in with four knockouts in a row and with motivation at an all-time high to get the win.
Sands is a Haitian national, but is a U.S. citizen. The 35-year-old boxer has two consecutive victories, however he lost the two fights he made outside the USA in 2017 and 2018, a situation he intends to reverse this time.
Cinkara has 18 wins, 15 by knockout. Sands, on the other hand, has 22 wins, 4 losses, 1 draw, and 19 wins before the limit.
