Dennis Contreras will make the first defense of his World Boxing Association (WBA) Fedecentro Featherweight title this Friday in Kissimmee, Florida. The Mexican Boxer will step into the ring to fight the undefeated young boxer Efrain Flores at the Osceola Heritage Park in an evening organized by All Star Boxing.
A little over a month ago, specifically in August 28th, Contreras won the title with a TKO against Belmar Preciado. The great performance of “Martillo” and how well he resolved the match, allowed him to fight again very fast, and his goal is to retain his crown.
In Flores’ case, he is a 20-year-old boy with a respectable fist power who has not fought since October 2019 due to the pandemic break. The native of Baja California faces an great opportunity to go up the ladder by fighting for the regional belt of the pioneer organization.
