Artem Dalakian and David Jimenez were in public training on Wednesday prior to their fight on Saturday for the World Boxing Association (WBA) flyweight title at Wembley Arena, London.
The Ukrainian will defend his belt against the Costa Rican in a very interesting duel and expectations grow with each passing day as he approaches his fight this weekend.
Dalakian did his session with his trainer and in front of the dozens of journalists in attendance, with the seriousness and concentration that characterizes him. The champion assured that he is very well prepared for this fight and that his only objective is to come out with his hand up this Saturday.
Jimenez also appeared before the photographers and the press very motivated. He knows he is facing the great opportunity of his career and he has prepared one hundred percent to take advantage of it and become the new champion of the pioneer organization.
With the public training completed, now the press conference and the official weigh-in are the last steps before the fight. Dalakian is undefeated in 21 fights, with 15 knockouts, while Jimenez has 12 wins, 9 by knockout.
