Filipino Nonito Donaire is already in Japan to face Naoya Inoue next June 7 at the Saitama Super Arena in a three world titles unification fight.
The WBC champion will challenge the World Boxing Association (WBA) and IBF monarch in a rematch fight after a memorable exhibition in 2019.
On that occasion, Inoue won by a unanimous decision in an action-packed, drama-filled bout in which he had to deal with an orbital fracture but was able to pull the fight out.
Now, more than two years later and with both living a great moment, comes the long awaited rematch that the public has been waiting for all this time.
Donaire will do the last part of his preparation in Japan and will try to be in the best shape possible to face one of the best pound-for-pound fighters of today with less than two weeks to go before the fight.
