Gilberto Ramirez will return to the ring next Saturday to face Gabriel Rosado in a light heavyweight fight to be held at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach in a 12 round bout.
The fight will mark the return of the Mexican fighter after his first professional loss last November against Dmitry Bivol, when Ramirez was looking for the WBA world title but was dominated by the Russian and could not achieve his goal.
Having lost his undefeated record, “Zurdo” will be looking for a fight against a complicated opponent like Rosado, who has been his training partner for a long time and that gives a great meaning to this fight.
Gabe Rosado needs no letter of introduction. He is a boxer who has faced great opponents and always gives war in the ring. The American of Puerto Rican origin comes in on a negative streak, but he is always dangerous and has not received a knockout since 2014.
Ramirez has a record of 44 wins and 1 loss, with 30 knockouts. Rosado has 26 wins, 16 losses, 1 draw and 15 knockouts.
