Presentada en Maracay cartelera del KO a las Drogas.
Prensa AMB. 11 de abril.– Durante el día de hoy fue presentado el programa KO a las Drogas, que se realizara el próximo 28 de abril, en Maracay.
La información fue dada por el Presidente de la Asociación Mundial de Boxeo, Gilberto Mendoza quien acompañado del Gobernador del Estado Aragua, Rafael Isea y el Presidente del Instituto Regional de Deportes de Aragua, Juan Carlos Luna. “Gracias a ellos dos, se va a dar el regreso del boxeo profesional en Aragua, que ha sido cuna importante para peleas de títulos mundiales y esta vez no será diferente”, afirmó Mendoza.
Ante la presencia del campeón interino de las 115 libras, Liborio Solís, y el monarca FEDELATIN de las 160 libras, Jorge Navarro, la máxima autoridad boxística detalló que el programa detendrá con la participación de púgiles locales “y una serie de figuras que por varias razones no pueden estar entrenando en Venezuela”.
El escenario será el Gimnasio Rafael Romero Bolívar, conocido como “El Coliseo” en El Limón, en Maracay; con capacidad para cinco mil personas.
Mendoza aprovechó la oportunidad para solicitar que “esta alianza con la Gobernación y el IRDA perdure mucho tiempo, y no se quede únicamente para esta cartelera, Si no también para reactivar la actividad del boxeo profesional en Venezuela”, y agregó la solicitud de incluir el desarrollo del KO a las Drogas.

In Maracay the KO Drugs Boxing Festival
WBA Press. April 11.– Today was the first Presser to present the KO Drugs Boxing Festival that will take place on April 28 in Maracay, Venezuela.

Before the WBA Super Flyweight Interim Champion, Liborio Solis, and the Fedelatin Middleweight Champion, Jorge Navarro, the WBA President said that local boxers and other important figures who cannot train in Venezuela for different reasons would participate in the show.
The site will be the Gymnasium Rafael Romero Bolívar, “The Coliseum” located in El Limón Maracay; with capacity for five thousand people.
Mendoza stated that he wished the Alliance with the Aragua government and IRDA last for a long time, and not be only for this boxing program hoping professional boxing can be reactivated in Venezuela. He suggested the governor include the KO Drugs development.
