The Puerto Rican Referee Luis Pabón is celebrating a new birthday and we greet him with our warmest congratulations and gratefulness for his loyalty towards the World Boxing Association.

Pabón who was born in Puerto Rico in 1966, has refereed more than one hundred WBA title fights in 20 years of experience, is the actual president of the International Officials Committee.
