In a vibrant bout that will go down in women’s boxing history, Seniesa “Super Bad” Estrada retained her World Boxing Association minimumweight crown and became the new undisputed champion after a unification against Yokasta Valle in Arizona, United States.
Without a round of study, the two boxers took center stage to carry out a fight in which they made the stadium vibrate.
With a bumpy start after a clash of heads that left a deep wound on one of “Yoka” Valle’s eyebrows, the offensive actions became more watered down with each round.
Far from being distracted by the blood running down her face, Valle never let up in her plan to smother Estrada constantly, which made things even.
However, the defensive strategy of the local Estrada stood out to give her the victory and keep her black and gold belt plus the WBC, IBF, WBO and The Ring.
In this way, Estrada becomes the first woman in the world to be undisputed at minimum weight. And her numbers grew to 26 wins with 9 knockouts, remaining undefeated.
