Kambosos is taking things slowly

Trusting yourself when no one else does is the key to success and no one better than George Kambosos Jr. to testify to that. His arrival to the boxing elite was based on effort and ethics, he has always proven to be at the level despite being underestimated on many occasions.

He comes from losing his undefeated in a fight in which he could not display his boxing and was outclassed by Devin Haney in all aspects. However, Kambosos climbs back into the ring against the American this Saturday against all odds but after a long process in which he will try to correct things in this fight.

Few give him as a favorite for this fight but that was the case when he faced Teofimo Lopez in 2021. Few gave the Australian a chance and he ended up taking a great victory that made him the lightweight champion and one of the best in the world.

The Greek-born fighter knows he was outclassed but believes he can turn the situation around. Since his defeat he has been in the gym working hard and expects to see the results in the ring in Melbourne this weekend.

Once again he has to believe in himself and win despite the circumstances. Kambosos wants to give another surprise, will he make it?

“No, she's not going to take this loss well." Savannah Marshall marches with confidence
