Female star Susi “Killer Queen” Kentikian scored a shut-out at the Color Line Arena in Hamburg, beating Carolina Gutierrez Gaite by a ten round unanimous decision. The spotlight champion successfully defended her WBA title for the tenth time. Therefore, the 21-years old Kentikian stayed unbeaten and on top of the females flyweight division.

The Hamburg based Kentikian had a good and focused start into the bout. She was able to score with the jab, with body punches, the aggressive Kentikian was in total control throughout the fight. As soon as Gaita tried to attack the defending champion, Kentikian was able to avoid the punches and counter with hard shots of her own.

The superiority of the 21-years old female star from spotlight-boxing continued in the following rounds. With an excellent game plan she outclassed her opponent. The Argentinian tried to connect from the outside but was rarely able to land significant shots. Although she was out boxed and out fought, getting hit by hard and clean punches, Gaita stood on her feed and finished the fight.

After the final bell concluded the championship bout, the acclaimed victory was certain. The verdict  a formality. All three judges scored the bout 100-90 for the defending champion. Consequently the “Killer Queen” won every single round of her 25th professional bout.
