Heavyweight Jarrell Miller returned to the ring after four years of inactivity and won by unanimous decision over Ariel Bracamonte in the first day of the World Boxing Association (WBA) KO Drugs on Thursday night at the Casino de Buenos Aires, in Argentina.
The American was given 97-92 by the three judges in a bout in which he had to push himself and found a brave opponent who stood toe-to-toe with him.
Miller worked backwards with his right hand as his main weapon against an insistent Bracamonte and was able to take advantage as the rounds went by in a fight full of action and very entertaining for the fans.
In the end he managed to return to boxing and do it with a victory to maintain his undefeated record in 25 fights, of which he has won 24, with one draw and 20 knockouts. Bracamonte gave a war on the ring and left with the applause of the public after complicating the North American at times.
