WBA bantamweight world champion Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno of Panama managed to make the 118lb bantamweight limit as did Venezuelan WBA Interim world champion Nehomar Cermeño, at their weigh-in carried out today at the Polideportivo Jose Maria Vargas in La Guaira, Venezuela.
