Puerto Rican Roberto Ramírez Sr will be the highest authority on the ring on Friday, December 19, at San Martin, Argentina, where the flyweight champion 112 lbs. Juan Carlos Reveco will fight the interim Yodmongkol Vor Saengthep.
The fight will be held in the stadium Gustavo “torito” Rodríguez, and will serve to define the World Boxing Association flyweight absolute champion and Colombian Uriel Aguilera, Venezuelan Reyna Urbaez and Peruvian Danilo Dongo will score the fight.
The supervisor of the bout will be the Panamanian Miguel Prado.
Due to injuries of both boxers, the fight was postponed twice; however, this Friday will take place the fight. Reveco, is 34-1, 18 KO’s and Vor Saengthep is 34-2, 20 KO.
The Argentine won the interim belt from Jean Piero Pérez on June 10, 2011, and is the regular champion from February 2013. In November that same year, the Thai Vor Saengthep beat Japanese Koki Eto’o to win the interim flyweight championship.
