The world of boxing has a theme in the arena during this week, and that is the second confrontation between Andy Ruiz and Anthony Joshua. The revenge match for the Super Heavy Champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA) and three more world titles is in the middle of a week of activities and this Tuesday public training was held in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.

With an impressive press presence from all sides of the world and an inflamed fanbase, the protagonists completed their training sessions before the thousands of camera lenses and in an unbeatable environment.

As a challenger for the first time in a few years, Anthony Joshua had the initial turn among the two star fighters. After several exercises, a shadow boxing session and doing some mitt work, the Briton talked to the press about what he expects from the fight.

Joshua said that a guy like him does not waste second chances and that this time he is ready for victory. In addition, he noted that the match will not reach the 12 round distance.

For his part, Ruiz, the brand new champion who wants to once again shock the world but this time in Saudi Arabia, met the journalists present and posed for the cameras during and after his training session.

The first Mexican heavyweight champion said he has all the tools to retain his title and is focused and ready for Saturday.

Once the public training has now been completed both men are ready for the press conference, which will be held this Thursday, while Friday will be the weigh-in ceremony.
