Claressa Shields and Savannah Marshall will step into the ring this Saturday to contest all the middleweight crowns in a high voltage bout that will result in an undisputed 160-pound champion.

Shields is the World Boxing Association (WBA) champion and also holds the IBF and WBC belts, while Marshall arrives as the WBO champion to an undefeated duel that will determine the queen of the category and will put the winner in the discussion of the best pound-for-pound of the moment.

The American comes from defending her 160-pound belts against Ema Kozin in Cardiff and will now she will be back in London, England, for a fight eagerly awaited by the boxing world. At 27 years of age and with a great amateur career, Shields is one of the faces of the sport and wants to confirm it.

Marshall is undefeated and will have the advantage of being at home for such an important fight. It is worth noting that the Briton defeated Shields in the amateur arena once and has vowed to repeat the feat now in the pay-per-view. 

This week the promotional activities for the fight will take place and on Friday will be the official weigh-in. Once that is accomplished, they will be ready for the big fight.  Shields is undefeated in 12 fights with 2 knockouts, while Marshall has the same record but has knocked out 10 opponents.
