A great comeback, an excellent performance and a forceful demonstration can sum up Errol Spence’s fight last Saturday against Yordenis Ugas. The American won and added the World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight belt to his collection, IBF and WBC belts.

The victory was important for Spence because of everything he has achieved, but also because he made clear what his physical condition is after the car accident that took him out of action for a considerable time.

Now, Spence has made it clear that his goal is to get the belt he is missing (WBO) and for that he will have to face Terence Crawford in a fight that could be the most important 147-pound bout in several years.

These are two undefeated fighters, with great reach and height, knockout power and great intelligence. A fight that the world has been asking for years and could now put all the belts on the table.

Boxing will continue to wait for a date for this fight, but the truth is that both Spence and Crawford want to have all the titles and that can only be resolved in the ring.
