The Cuban Pablo Vicente will return to the ring this Saturday to make the first defense of his World Boxing Association (WBA) super featherweight international belt against the Mexican Miguel Arevalo at the Vasco Nunez de Balboa Convention Center, in Bella Vista, Panama.
Vicente won his belt last June 24 against Colombian Manuel Gonzalez at the KO a las Drogas in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Antillean got a technical knockout in six chapters to win the regional title in a good showing.
Arevalo is a Mexican warrior who comes with two wins in a row and eager to surprise and dethrone Vicente. The fighter from Tijuana is a fighter who goes to the exchange and will try to put pressure on the champion at all times.
