Although the main focus of boxing this week is the unification between Yordenis Ugas and Errol Spence Jr., in the undercard of the Arlington event there will be a very special and promising fight for the World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight championship between Radzhab Butaev and Eimantas Stanionis.

It will be the co-main event of the night and will feature the champion against the top ranked fighter of the pioneer organization in a duel of young, undefeated and talented fighters whose aggressive styles make for an exciting battle.

Butaev defeated Jamal James in October to win the title. In theory he was supposed to wait for the winner of the mandatory fight between Ugas and Stanionis but the Cuban super champion was cleared to fight Spence Jr. and now Butaev will face the Lithuanian challenger.

Stanionis is a boxer with a good amateur career who has transferred his style to the pro. He has been waiting for a big opportunity and now feels ready to shine on this stage.

The aggressive styles of both, youth and strength make the fight a tough fight to predict. This is a very interesting duel that could steal the show this Saturday night.
