Roach’s Special Permit Request is conditionally granted subject to his compliance with all other WBA rules, regulations, payment of all applicable fees and the following conditions:
- If Roach is declared the winner of the bout against Davis, he must notify the WBA Championship Committee within five (5) days what title he will keep.
- If Roach is declared the loser of the bout against Davis and he wants to continue in the Super Featherweight division, he must face the mandatory contender of the division within one hundred twenty (120) days from said bout.
- Batyrgaziev is authorized to defend the WBA Interim title against an opponent approved by Championships Committee

Jono Carroll request for reconsideration was approved and he is name Certified contender of the Super Featherweight Division. Carroll is ordered to fight Lamont Roach before August 24, 2024. The winner of the bout or Roach, if a draw, shall fight Otar Eranosyan in 180 days.
